Kullanım Koşulları

Heatmap.Chess uygulamasını ("Servis") kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul ediyorsun.

1. Hesap

  1. Kayıtta gerçek ve güncel bilgi ver.
  2. Parolanı güvende tut; hesabının tüm aktivitesinden sorumlusun.
  3. 13 yaşın altındaysan hesap açamazsın.
  4. Tek kişi birden fazla hesap açamaz.

2. In-App Purchases (IAP)

  1. Tek IAP: "Tümünü Aç" (all_rooms_bundle) — tüm odaları kalıcı açar + reklamları kapatır.
  2. Ödeme Apple/Google'a gider; biz sadece receipt validation yaparız.
  3. İade: Apple ve Google'un kendi iade kurallarına tabi. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google: Play Store → Hesap → Siparişler → İade.
  4. Restore Purchases ile yeni cihazda satın alma geri yüklenir.

3. Kullanıcı içeriği

Oyuncu adın profilinde görünür. Küfür, hakaret, reklam, spam, telif hakkı ihlali içeren isimler uyarısız silinir.

4. Yasak kullanım

İhlalde hesap uyarısız askıya alınır. Satın alımlar iade edilmez.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

Heatmap.Chess markası, oyun tasarımı, ısı haritası mekaniği ve tüm yazılım kodu telif hakkıyla korunur ve bize aittir. Kişisel kullanım için oynayabilirsin; ticari kullanım yasaktır.

6. Garanti sınırı

Servis "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz/hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Maksimum sorumluluk son 12 ayda bize ödediğin ücretle sınırlıdır.

7. Fesih

Hesabını istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin. Biz de ihlal durumunda askıya alabilir/kapatabiliriz. Kapatmadan önce satın alımların kaydedilir; KVKK/GDPR kapsamında taşınabilir format talep edebilirsin.

8. Uyuşmazlık

Bu koşullar Türkiye hukukuna tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir. AB vatandaşları için GDPR hakları saklıdır.

9. Değişiklikler

Materyal değişikliklerde 30 gün önceden bildirim yapılır (email + app-içi).

By using Heatmap.Chess (the "Service") you agree to the terms below.

1. Account

  1. Provide real and current information at signup.
  2. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for all activity.
  3. You must be 13+ to create an account.
  4. One person, one account.

2. In-App Purchases (IAP)

  1. Single IAP: "Unlock Everything" (all_rooms_bundle) — permanently unlocks all rooms + removes ads.
  2. Payment goes to Apple/Google; we only perform receipt validation.
  3. Refunds: Governed by Apple and Google's respective rules. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google: Play Store → Account → Order History → Refund.
  4. Restore Purchases recovers your purchase on a new device.

3. User content

Your player name is visible on your profile. Offensive, abusive, advertising, spam, or infringing names are removed without notice.

4. Prohibited use

Violations → suspension without warning. Purchases are not refunded.

5. Intellectual property

The Heatmap.Chess brand, game design, the heatmap mechanic, and all software code are copyrighted and owned by us. Personal use only; commercial use prohibited.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Service is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Max liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

You can close your account any time. We may suspend/terminate for violations. Before closing you can request a portable data export under GDPR/KVKK.

8. Governing law

Turkish law governs. Disputes subject to Istanbul courts. EU citizens retain GDPR rights.

9. Changes

Material changes get 30-day notice (email + in-app).
